ABERDEEN, a Hong Kong-style small plate restaurant, is opening in COREDO Muromachi 1 in Nihonbashi Muromachi, Tokyo.
The restaurant's name comes from Aberdeen, a traditional fishing port and a hub of diverse cultures in Hong Kong. Chef Yamazaki, who honed his skills at the renowned Heigei Ginza branch, a restaurant with its main branch in Hong Kong, has updated authentic Hong Kong soul food such as roast meats and dim sum with a modern sensibility.
Setting itself apart from existing neighborhood and high-end Chinese restaurants, it will deliver a stylish dining experience where you can savor the energetic and sophisticated "now" of Hong Kong's food scene with all your senses.
